Welcome to this lovely coastal home offering four bedrooms, all with en suite baths and porch access. Upon arrival, send your groceries up to the scenic, vaulted third level via the new elevator. An open plan living area greets you, offering a dining area, large living area, hearth room with fireplace, and an incredibly well stocked kitchen boasting two ovens and a new induction cooktop.Take your meals al fresco on the upper deck as you watch the sun set to the sounds of crashing waves. Later in the evening, the adults can relax upstairs while the kids enjoy the lower living area. Grab toys and boogie boards from the fully stocked outdoor closet and a two minute walk will bring you to beach access #8. Searenity is also within a ten minute walk to the marina and BHI Club.Two zippy golf carts and four bikes allow you to explore anywhere on the island.
This large and airy home sleeps eleven, including the queen sleeper sofa. Two walk in closets in the master bedrooms are perfect for travel cribs as well. Many updates over the past year make this house a home, including an elevator, fresh mattresses and pillows (including a new king mattress in the former queen bedroom), an Aquasana water filter system, and an induction cooktop. Come enjoy a week (or two!) and experience Searenity.
